CISCO CERTIFIED NETWORK PROFESSIONAL (CCNP) ROUTING AND SWITCHING

Course Description

The internationally recognised Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification is perfect for CCNA network professionals that wish to further develop their skills, allowing them to work with more complex networks. The routing and switching protocol knowledge from this certification will provide a lasting foundation as these skills are equally relevant in the physical networks of today and the virtualized network functions of tomorrow. If you're a CCNA certified system administrator working with LAN/WAN infrastructures looking to work independently on complex network solutions, then the CCNP certification is for you. The Cisco CCNP Routing and Switching certification validates the ability to plan, implement, verify and troubleshoot local and wide-area enterprise networks and work collaboratively with specialists on advanced security, voice, wireless and video solutions. This course teaches the application of secure routing solutions to enhance an organisation’s vital services, ensuring that all network functionality runs smoothly. Cisco CCNP is a professional level certification and is a follow-on from the prerequisite associate level CCNA certification.

Prerequisites

You will need to first obtain a valid Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching certification or any Cisco CCIE certification can act as a prerequisite.
